Choose this initial consultation to determine if Freedom Primary Care is a good fit for your management needs. If a good fit is determined, an initial in-person exam and fee will be required. Subsequent visits can be performed via telehealth.

For new patients, wishing to get started with ADHD management. ADHD Medications can currently be prescribed via telehealth, however the laws are constantly changing. Some pharmacies (especially the corporate ones) frown on ADHD prescriptions that come from telehealth, but an in-person exam helps to overcome this concern, and is required as a part of your care.

Annual Physical Exam, Labs and Medical Management

For ESTABLISHED Patients: Choose this option for a routine PCP visit. Evaluations for new or chronic conditions, urgent care, sick visits, follow-ups, etc. If an in-person physical exam is required, an extra fee will be charged for the home visit.

Choose this option if you are a NEW patient seeking a long-term PCP, need management of primary care or urgent care issues that do not require an in-person physical exam. If a physical exam is required, an extra fee will be charged for the home visit.

Become a VIP patient with VIP access to your very own PCP, a board certified Internist.  Dr. Lafleur accepts a small number of patients who have direct access to care 24/7.  Annual Subscription required, no insurance accepted.  Book a consultation to see if this service is a good fit for you or your family. Any visit known in advance to require a physical exam can be booked with this option- urgent care and chronic care visits

Choose this option if you have already performed your initial physical exam, have previously been prescribed medications on the platform or have discussed medications that still need to be prescribed.
