Refund Policy Before Confirmation of Service

After you book a service, Dr. Lafleur will reach out to you via the information provided during the booking process, to ensure that you have booked the right service for your needs.  If appointment is confirmed, you will receive registration paperwork and further instructions.  If appointment is not confirmed, you will receive a FULL refund.  

 

​Refund Policy After Confirmation of Service:

After your visit is confirmed, a FULL refund will be provided if cancellation request is received 24 hours or more in advance.

If cancellation request is received after confirmation of service with LESS than 24 hours notice, NO REFUND will be provided.
